I am still alive! My final semester of undergraduate university has finally concluded. My last-last exam is this Tuesday and I am so glad to be done university (for now)! I am currently job hunting and planning to get this blog back into its groove. I’ve been using MAC Cosmetic’s Fluidline in Blacktrack for over 5 years, thinking it was the best I could do. It is definitely better than the usual eye pencil, but I hated having to carry around a separate brush and risk losing it somewhere in my bag or bathroom drawer.

I went to Sephora last month and tested every waterproof eye liner tester I could get my hands on. I originally found that Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil outperformed the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner, and I was ready to make the purchase. Sadly, both in black were out of stock! The popularity and out-of-stock-ness made me want it more, I found (funny how scarcity works).

A Sephora associate kindly suggested Make Up For Ever Aqua Liner. When I first used it, I found it to ‘separate’ where my eyelids have folds/creases. But its staying power has converted me for good. I can wear this eye liner for 16+ hours and it looks the same as I had originally used it. No smudges, no weird movement. Kept its guard up and 100% loyal to its claim.
